Try the following:
On your root drive (where your program files are installed), usually drive C:
go to directory
C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime
(Note that the ProgramData directory is normally hidden, ) You will find a file named
MathcadPrime.exe.V7.Config
and/or
MathcadPrime.exe.Config
that may be corrupt.
Delete the file. No worries, Prime will recreate it if it is missing.
(If you are unsure, rename it to MathcadPrime.exe.V7.Config.old or so).
After that start up Prime.

I made the start up procedure again, with my account login and nothing, the same as before happened!
I ll attach a picture below.
If i click on the iccon, nothing happens.
And also, if I right click on the app and close it from the taskbar, it asks me if i want to save the file
