Cannot Log into MathCAD Prime License Wizard

I receive an error that says "There was no endpoint listing at https://apps.ptc.com/accountServices/PtcAccountService that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details." I have already tried resetting my password and that has not resolved the issue.
