Error message during loading of Mathcad 14

Attempted to load Mathcad 14 on a Windows 11 PC using the disc purchased from PTC. Near the end of installation, received the error code below. I was able to install this program on the same machine two years ago with no problems.

Error1904.Module C:\Program Files
(x86)\Mathcad\Mathcad 14\mcformsr.ocx failed to
register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your
support personnel.
