Issue:
- Error "Terminal Server Remote Client Not Allowed" or "(-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a windows terminal services guest session"
- FlexNet Error:"(-103) "Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a windows terminal services guest session"
- Error: "The License you have requested contains an error. Flexnet licensing error: 103,577"
"Terminal Server Remote Client Not Allowed." when launching Mathcad.
- Is it possible to use remote desktop sharing (RDP) to access an application having node-locked license
Error (-103) while using a locked license on a virtual machine
Cause:
If application is configured to a locked license, then the application will not launch when connected over a remote Desktop or Terminal Services connection
Solution:
This is working correctly as per product specification for PTC flex-enabled applications
If node-lock license is configured, PTC flex-enabled application cannot be accessed via Remote Desktop session or Terminal Services connection
Physical access to the station is mandatory to enable successful startup of Mathcad when using a Locked license file
