I work in the IT department of Gericke Group and we have a user of your software (MathCad 14) who is getting a new notebook.
I installed MathCad 14 on the new notebook, but activating the license fails.
When I copy the license.dat from the old machine, the error is:
"The hostid of this system does not match the hostid specified in the license file."
When I try to do an online activation and log in, I get the error:
"Der Server hat eine Protokollverletzung ausgeführt. Secion=ResponseHeader Detail=Auf CR muss LF folgen."
I need to transfer the license somehow to the new machine - can you show me how?
I tried to access your eSupport license management, but it says my account has no permissions.
Thanks for your help (and I speak german btw, just in case).
