spell check function doesn't seem to work

Hi there,
I am currently using a full version of Mathcad Prime 7 (please provide me with some guidance on how to obtain my licence number). The spell check function doesn't seem to work, same issue appear in some other users within the business as well. Could someone look into it please?

If you want to retrieve your license file then, follow below steps:

  1. Log in on License Management Page using your PTC web account
  2. Enter Host ID under Licenses
  3. It is recommended to use the Text option
  4. Choose Retrieve
  5. The license will be sent via Email
