Installation issue with Mathcad Test version

Hello,
I can not install the test version of Mathcad. The Installer was send to me over my email adress, after login on the ptc website.
When i start the installer, the files will be extracted, but then nothing happends. The windows with the installation menu doesnt pop up.

Especially: "execute/run pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe,  run as an Administrator."

2. Try the following tips:

I am using windows 10 Home.

Unfortunately none of these tips works for me.

I also dont even get an error message. It simply doesnt happen.

Hi @NJ_10337397,

Can you check and confirm if there is any anti virus/firewall installed on the system that may terminating the setup.exe before it gets executed
