License File Problems

I recently paid for a license on April 9th but I haven't received an email with the license file or a receipt for my payment. The person I spoke with is Reid Nolan. He said it would take no longer than 24 hours to get the license.

This is a user forum and you can't get licencing help here. 

 

Perhaps the Email is in your junk folder.
