To contact PTC for Mathcad licensing support, you can use the following methods: Email: Send an email to wwlm@ptc.com, or use the "Open a new case" option via the PTC Customer Care Case Logger. Phone: Contact the PTC Customer Care Center. For North America, call 877–275-4782. For Europe, call 00800–78–24-43-57. You can also log a case online using the PTC Customer Care Case Logger.
Please provide a screenshot of your error.
Did you run the installer as Administrator?
When trying to apply the license I received on purchase of Mathcad Prime I get:
1. Verify the expiration date of the license file.
2. Article - "Error “FLEXnet licensing error: -10, Feature has expired” when starting PTC Flex-enabled applications": https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs30157
