Licensing problem - Wrong host id

I requested a license file for mathcad prime 11.0 from https://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm but i think i entered the wrong host id. I get invalid host id error in mathcads license configuration. I tried to request a new license file, but i get this message "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". I also tried to open a support case in support center, but i got this error message "Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges. In my eSupport settings it says i should be able to open a new case.

Thank you for your answer. I managed to get a hold of customer service via email and they created a case for my issue. Still haven't heard anything from my assigned PTC representative after 4 days. Trying to license mathcad prime has pretty much been the worst thing that's ever happened to me.
