Looking for a link to version 14 or later from installed version 11.

I installed version 11 as a trial version but unfortunately the files I'm trying to open are an old version 14 Could you send me a link to a later version that would open these? I had trouble getting the link for version 11 in the email address.

Good morning,

The problem is I lost my computer hard drive and unfortunately lost all emails to and from PTC. It seems the problem is the free version of New Outlook is somehow blocking the email (link) from downloading with that said could you send me a link to version 14 or higher?
