My version of Mathcad 9.0.0 suddenly refuses to acknowledge my active license information. The license should be valid at least through the end of this year and was working fine last week.. I have gone through the process of retrieving my license file from the PTC dashboard with no success.
This is very disruptive and I need this resolved quickly.
Note that your license it tied to (what Prime believes is) your primary internet connection. It means that if you changed internet connection, such as from Lan to Wi-Fi or vice versa, your 'primary internet connection' may have changed and the license is not valid, until you change back.
If that does not solve your problem, you need to contact PTC license management since we, mere users of the software cannot help you with licensing.
