Der PTC-Support ist alles andere als zugänglich.

Mein Mathcad 14 ist etwa 20 Jahre alt und ich habe es auf einer CD-ROM erhalten. Damals musste man sich noch nicht bei PTC registrieren. Die Lizenznummer musste man einfach, um überhaupt die Installation beginnen zu können, ganz einfach eintippen, ohne Internet.

Für mein Problem habe ich nun ein PTC-Konto eröffnet, was eigentlich jedermann kann. Das Problem, welches nun besteht, ist, dass ich keinen Zugriff auf den Support erhalte, da ich keine Kundennummer besitze, also für sie auch kein Produkt habe, für welches sie sich verantwortlich fühlen. PTC support is anything but accessible.

My Mathcad 14 is about 20 years old and I received it on a CD-ROM. Back then you didn't have to register with PTC. You just had to type in the license number to even be able to start the installation, without the Internet.
