Mathcad Prime Licensing Issue

When trying to license Mathcad Prime 7.0. I select "Configure product to use existing license" , select "Source List", input the license information, then receive the message "The following products have been licensed. PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0. However when I exit this window the software is still unlicensed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

2. What type of licensing and what licensing information do you use?

Is it a node locked license or floating license that you are trying to configure with?

Also, as suggested by @VladimirN provide the screenshot of the error window
