Mathcad Prime only on certain wifi

I received a license to use while the estore was down from a representative, but it only worked when connected to the wifi I set it up with. Now I purchased the mathcad student prime version, but still, it only works with whatever wifi I am connected to when I set it up and get only express version everywhere else. Is there a way to fix this? I paid for the license and need to be able to use it in different settings.

The license file is (should be) tied to the MAC address of the internet connecting device of your PC, normally that is either the MAC address of your Wi-Fi adapter inside your PC, or of the LAN card inside your PC.

You may be able to move the license to a MAC address of your PC with this info: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad-Installation/Transferring-Mathcad-Single-User-or-Student-license-from-an/m-p/788338#M1600

Otherwise you'd have to contact that rep.
