I am assisting a client with computer migration for their firm. While migrating 9 users/devices to new Dell Precision Workstations with Windows 11 Pro, 8GB GPU, 32GB RAM, I7 CPU, I have encountered an issue with 2 workstations that have this same issue. I have activated the device licenses successfully and no matter how many uninstalls/reinstalls, removal of PTC folders etc, the software for only these two brand new devices fails to launch in a usable program window.
What is interesting is if I click around on random areas of the white program box I can get some program menus to respond and appear above the white screen (See last pic)
Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you sure that the prerequisite "Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8" is installed on those brand new machines?
