I can't activate Mathcad with my license.

I have two Mathcad licenses. I activated them in the PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 application, but it keeps asking for activation. We need to know which version of Mathcad our license is activated with.

Also, we can't download software from the portal; it says access denied.
