Mathcad licenses not activated

I purchased 50 mathcad student edition licenses for the university of British Columbia a few days ago and all 50 licenses are NOT able to download. Access denied is the error message received. It seems the licenses have not been programmed yet by PTC, please change this so my students can download the licenses.
