From what I can tell, our email system actually has not sent you anything, and you have not unsubscribed. I'll ask our tech people what's going on.

Well, thanks for making this thread. There was actually a massive problem on our side where no one was getting their trial link since the start of the month. We'll be correcting that ASAP.
