Student PTC MathCad remote from Mac. Licensing Issues

I use the student version of PTC prime 9.0 on my office computer (windows). Primarily I remote in from my Macbook, but periodically I receive the issue:

Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

Is there a way to solve this issue remotely? As a student I don't have support phone service
