can not selection application with mathcad installation

i am having a problem installing the 30-day free trail of matchad prime. i have the mathcad prime installtion assistant, but in the application selection i cannot choose an application.

Did you follow the installation instructions (https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/Step-by-Step-Installation-Procedure-for-Mathcad-Prime-8-0/td-p/789358 ),

especially "run as an Administrator."?
