file install fail

Installation issue: file installs self cancel and return a failure message. My PC is an Intel x15 with ample storage space for the application.

1. What version of the program are you trying to install?
2. What error message did you see on your screen?

Trying to install latest version only just downloaded and was failing at 1% install. Ive tried installing by going through the roaming files and that hasnt worked
