15 M030 download
Hi,
Our service contract expired and I am trying to download 15 M030 but PTC does not allow it.
What is the procedure to obtain the link?
Thanks

You mean M050?!?! I guess you must first install a good non-free antivirus and then install Mathcad 15.

I think you know that if contract expired then customer does not have access to download area.

1. Software update link leads to: Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges
2. I'll need 15 M030 (this specific version)

Why, oh why would you need the M030 release 'specifically'?

Check if one of the links in this thread gets you to Mathcad 15 M050 installation. (Your license, if it is valid for M030, should be equally valid for M050).
Success!

According to our records, there are no products entitled to software updates.
This is normal because the service contract has expired.

Hi,
try asking the company from which you bought mathcad.

I already did before posting here. No help from them.
Thank you all for your help (but not PTC).
