3D surface plot where variables have units

I know how to plot a 2D plot where the X variable has units but now I want to create a 3D plot.

I have defined a function X(t, T) where t has units of time and T has units of temperature but when I try and create the 3D surface plot of the function, I cannot figure out how to specify the units for the two variables.
