I am interested in the Above as it applies to fault location on Transmission lines.

Does any one have examples of similar ANN implementation in mathcad that I can use a start to build upon?

I have looked for years for Mathcad examples of NN .  First off, I am I no way affiliated with this company other than as a customer, but if you need Neural Networks my favorite sinne the mid 1990's has been Biocompsystems out of Minnesota.  What I know of their commercial side is mostly Oil and Gas production related but his tools can be adapted for just about any process.
