Can any one help me regarding this error. The installation is not getting completed.

Which version of Mathcad you are trying to install  and what OS Windows you use?

We are trying to install Prime 2.0 and on windows 7 64 bit machine

Try to download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for your OS here: Microsoft Visual C++ - Search Microsoft.com

I think that this is an error installing Microsoft visual c libraries.

You could start by looking at:
