Built-in Constants

I have submitted these problems with some of the built-in constants to PTC but thought it was worth while posting them here as well.

This units bug is fixed.
And sorry, the unit of Planck constant is J*s not J/s.

Hi Val,

you are correct about Planck's constant's units are J*s. Don't know how I got that wrong.

Not sure what you mean by fixed. When I enter these constants in my version of Prime they do not default to Joules. Also "hbar" gives no value at all.

All the units displayed are correct; it's just that they're displayed in base units.

You ca verify this by replacing the displayed units with the desired unit.

I understand the problem, but it appears that it's one of those features from the last version that don't exist in this version.

I know that but they should default to the simplified units. They are buildt-in constants.

Also the reduced Planck's constant (h-bar) and the Ryberg constant do not produce a value and show them undefined variables.

The constants not showing a value is a bug that we caught and is being fixed now.
