Can somebody tell me why the find function doesn't work!!??

why is it that the find function doesn't work for me here?! please give guidance!

Hi,

Number of equations should equal the number of unknowns.  One equation in terms of omega is possible. 

Then velocities calculated.

Note units each side of equation should match.
