Cannot launch MathCAD

Hi, I was having some problems with my computer and used Task Manager to exit MathCAD14. Since that time, I have been unable to launch MathCAD14. I have removed MathCAD14 from the computer and cleaned up the program files and registry files to no avail. Everytime MathCAD14 tries to launch, even before a splash screen is presented, I receives the following error message: Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. Jon

After my post, this same computer was having printing problems. So we re-loaded the drives and ... MathCAD is now working! I'm not sure why. Jon
