Cannot print values from both matrices and error output

Hei,

I have problem with printing values from both matrices. I need to print both of list....

And also I dont know hot to print error if numbers are not 1 to 4 (1..4)

Yeah, I know. Im new member so i didnt know how it works, because I tag previous task as solved. So havent been sure that anyone will still read it. For future i know that it works. Sorry for extra task. Thank you for help, I will check solution now.
