Ellipse and point

There is in a Mathcad 15 file with the problem of a circle an a point - a finding a distance between a circle an a point.

Help me please to create same function for an ellipse!

I have a numerical solution (see please the animation). But I would like to get one symbolic solution in form of a function - as for a circle.
