Do you have a licensed version of MS Excel on the machine? Mathcad uses the existing MS Office installation.

Actually, I don`t have an Office license. But there`s a catch. Earlier it used to work ! It`s even working for all my colleagues at the moment & they don`t have the license for MS Office either. I had practiced on it as well before. It`s just been 3 days, since I lost accessing it.
Can`t possibly find the reason for it. Hence, seeking your support.... 😞

The component is an embedded Microsoft Excel workbook. If you don't have MS Excel installed or licensed on the machine, it shouldn't run. It maybe that Excel is loaded but under a trial period and it expired. When you insert the component, you will see Microsoft Excell running as a process in the task manager. I can insert the component on a machine without Office or Excel and the component loads, but if I double-click on it and try to use it, I get pop-ups about logging into my Microsoft account and/or entering a product key.
