Hello everyone
I installed MATHCAD15 and PRIME6.0.
But file converter has the following message.
The message is
" The conversion process could not be started."
Please advise me.

What service release of Mathcad 15 did you install?
Hello VladimiruN san
I installed Mathcad 15.0 (M050 [MC15_M050_20171129]).
Is the order of installation with PRIME 6.0 related?

Thats OK, its the current version.

Not that I would be aware of. As a single user you normally you would install Prime first just because the product number you need to get a license file will only work with Prime and not with Mathcad. So when you later install Mathcad you can point it to the license file you got when you installed Prime. If your company runs a license server this does not apply.
When installing Prime 6 (in parallel to Prime 5) I did't reinstall Mathcad 15 and Primes converter works OK. So this shows that the installation order does not matter.
Of course (the documentation states it, too) you lose the ability to do the conversion with older versions of Prime you may still have installed. Conversion will only work with the newest Prime you have installed.
