Can someone confirm if once a user has posted on a topic and someone has replied an automatic e-mail is sent indicating a new post.
There was a option in the collab to watch/follow a chosen post.

I have answered my own question, but will leave up incase anyone else has the same trouble.
Options for notifications can be found in Preferences under 'Email Notification Preferences'
Also seems to be under ACTIONS on the right ... I can subscribe / unsubscribe to a particular thread using a link in that menu..
