Is there a way to set PlanetPTC in MAthcad 14 as the default user forum in the help tab instead of the old collaboratory?

When we finally redirect the collab to PlanetPTC Community that will be taken care of for you. I don't know about editing the help area to point to PlanetPTC Community but I imagine someone else will reply on that.

In mathcad 11 it is in the windows registry, at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mathsoft\Mathcad 11\Default\McadFiles

Probably is the case for mathcad 14, I think that if you need that can try to open regedit an search for the string "http://collab.Mathsoft.com/~Mathcad2000/"

Another solution, i guess better, could set qsheet as "Annotate Book" (in the "Book" menu, only in the ebook window), paste the internet resource that you want, and save the annotations, not with the save button but with "Save section" or "Save all changes" in the "Book" menu.

Notice that this works in Mathcad 14 only with true ebooks -like qsheets-, not with the help engine, which is a collection of html pages, not mathcad files.

Regards. Alvaro.

You could go to "tools", "preferences", "File locations", and set My Site to:

https://communities.ptc.com/index.jspa

Then if you click on "My Site" in the drop down box in the Resources toolbar it will take you to the PlanetPTC community.
