Hi Everyone
can anybody help me about the problem in attached sheet?
When Mathcad knows "X"is foot why it says this variable unit is not compatible and does not do the rest of calculation ?
Thanks in advance

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to calculate, but I'm guessing you need to specify the limits of your integral. Perhaps 0 to x?

You function P(x) doesn't have units. If you remove the units "ft" you get:

Thanks Norm
but X has a unit (ft) and P should come with unit of (KIp)
X has been set as a ft in the sheet
in addition the number should be some thing else..
actually V(x) is Kip/Ft so integration of V(x) dx which is P(x) should come by unit of Kip
