Help turning textbox inputs into matrix

I am trying to create a matrix of numbers from a textbox and having a little trouble doing it. I would appreciate any help I can get. I have attached a sheet with my problem.

Fine, so it seems we have a way which works on all Win versions.

It works with a TextBox, WebTextBox and Prime.

only the first comma is replaced, otherwise an error is thrown anyway if we have multiple decimal colons.
