I have used hyperlinks extensively in Mathcad over the years, but when posting a URL to an internal wiki page I received the error message: "Invalid path or internet address" The URL address is of the form https://wiki.companyname.com/wiki/This_is_a_test That example is not a valid link, but just to show the link form. Why won't this URL work, and is there a way around it? We are planning on using such links extensively going forward.
Thank you in advance for your help. I always receive very good and timely help.
Have a great day!!!!

Hi Mike, I think that I cracked it. It seems that Mathcad doesn't like the "s" of https. However, if you delete the "s" from the URL it will launch to the https site. I think that this closes the issue. I hope that this work around helps others and PTC consider it for future upgrades, so that the work around is not needed.
Have a great day!!!

What version of Mathcad are you using?
Hi Mike - we are using Mathcad 15.0 (15.0.0.436 [006041742])
This could have something to do with permissions. I take it you can hyperlink a standard webpage?
Yes, we can hyperlink to files or internet sites.

Not sure but maybe it could help if you setup a working link for us to fiddle around with.
The browser built into Mathcad which is also used for the help pages sure has its problems with a secure connection. While I can paste a https address in the address line of the help browser and it looks like it works ok, I just experienced am endless series of reloads of the page after a while.
