Hello,
I would like to make
x/2
a variable. In otherwords, I want to solve for:
x/2 := A + 2B
Where A and B are known.
Mathcad will only let me solve for x, not x/2.
Is there a way I can do this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
x Shift+Ctrl+k /2 Shift+Ctrl+k : A+2*B (Mathcad 15)
x Shift+Ctrl+k /2 Shift+Ctrl+k : A+2*B (Mathcad 15)
Thanks! This saves me a lot of time and space.
Last question:
How do I do:
2X = A+B
shift+ctrl+k doesnt seem to work with this one.
I think not last
X Shift+Ctrl+k <- 2 Shift+Ctrl+k
hmm, that doesn't seem to work in MathCAD 14. I typed in
x shift+ctrl+k <- 2 shift+ctrl+k and I got
x<-2 := A+B
Use please space before 2
But!
We can go to bugs with this - see http://communities.ptc.com/message/178681
