What version of Prime are you using?

Then you should be able to convert the worksheet yourself, using the converter interface built into Prime 7:

But I see that Vladimir was kind enough to convert it to Prime 3.1. Your Prime 7 should be able to read that file.

Here it is.

That's because Mathcad 15 can read Files from all the way down to Mathcad 1 (Not Prime...! ).
