License Setup - No Product Code on Fulfillment Letter

License Setup - No Product Code on Fulfillment Letter

I don't see it in my standard license file either. Is it a combination of customer number or install site numbers?

Obviously I'm having trouble getting this installed. Any help would be appreciated.
