I saw the older posts from 2013 and 2011, I think it is time to rethink and provide business and institution solutions to alternative operating systems. I've been working on moving all our functionality over to Linux as a cost saving and security measure. And MathCAD is being a bit of a thorn. I have not been able to install it through Bottles and SMath is neither on Flathub nor on Arch yet and we have the MathCAD licenses already. I have colleagues at other companies also working on moving things over. A lot is up to software developers to do the last support part. As we already want to use the software.
