Mathcad license setup error, windows 8, trial version.

Hi. I just downloaded the free 30 day trial version of Mathcad.

In order to start using it, i need tu complete license setup.

I choose: I want to acquire a license via the internet -> I want a trial license -> next -> and it gives me an error.

I don't know what to do next. I haven't any license file.

Try to contact with PTC's tech support by using "Mathcad Support Center":

Hi Lotars Revizors,

I had exactly the same problem. You can fix this by creating a new account on www.ptc.com. Then use the username and password from this new account, it should work.
