You forgot to add units to the definition of sigma-prime.

I added those, and another trace in the graph for the negative root, in order to complete the circle.

Thanks man......I am also having a problem with unit matching in plots. Can you please see the first curve of the attached file. the units must be in kPa

The problem lies with your definition of the function tau:

Note that sigma-prime has units of kPa, then the values 100 and 200 below the root must also be in units of kPa (or at least some unit that is compatible with Pa. You cannot correct this by multiplying the result of the root with the root of Pa squared: remove that part.

What are these 100 and 200? If they are sigma-prime3 and sigma-prime1 respectively, or Rmohr and Cmohr respectively, then just fill in these symbols, and you've got your units right, and the plot will plot. If you insist on putting those numbers there, add kPa to each one of them.
