Page numbers in Mathcad 15.0?

Is there a way to insert page numbers into a Mathcad 15.0 file? If not, is there a way to determine which page is which?

You can insert page numbers into the footer.

In main menu select "View" -> "Header and Footer" -> "Tools: Insert Page Number":
