Piecewise Function

I need help in creating a piecewise function for  the black function so that it starts at  the red point and ends on   on black and i want to create a loop for the black function to do this every 2*pi/N degrees please help.

I was asking for how to make the blue curve stop on black and make a circular pattern/array of the current blue curve.
