Plot Question : Programming Linear or Exponential rise

How  can i use programming to plot a linear or exponential  rise and decay as shown  attachment with red mark. Only for areas marked in Red

I can't do programming in Prime, so here's a solution without programming.

But I'm sure you can turn that into a program.

10^-6 and 10^-7 are tau of A*exp(-t/tau).

@ttokoro ......I run to  trouble in inserting the function s linear(cant find in insert functions) and with exp there is a syntax error i cant figure out. Can you share your worksheet or give some tips
