Prime Express variants

Prime Express variants

I've now gone from Prime 10 Express to Prime 11 Express,  This allows me to see worksheets that have been created in Prime 11.  However, does anybody know if there are any technical or other capabilities in Prime 11 Express that are not available in Prime 10 Express?  I can't find any.

Werner is right that PTC policy has been not to add any capabilities to Express for the past many releases, and anything new in Prime is considered premium.

There is still some architectural work that we can't separate between the two versions, however; for example, I'm quite sure that the faster plot processing that Prime 11 has also applies to Prime 11 Express.

I manage the Creo and PTC Mathcad YouTube channels for PTC, as well as all PTC Mathcad marketing in general.

I am not sure but I don't think that there is any significant difference between Express 10 and Express 11.

All new features and functions, including the new "vec" function and even the new "manual" calculation mode ("Calculate Now" button) are considered premium features.

It looks to me as if those responsible at PTC are already regretting having released for free so much in Express and the motto seems to be not to make anything new available in Express and in this way to let Express become more and more just a worksheet viewer rather than a teaser (which it sure was and at the moment still is, I guess).

This was already the case in P10, for example, with the introduction of superscripts and subscripts in text regions. A feature that PTC was apparently so proud to be able to implement already in the tenth version of the program that it also ranks as a “premium” feature 😉
