Product has not been received
I have purchased the Mathcad prime student version 1 month ago. But didn't receive any email that contain activation code or anything yet. I already sent an email to euroa@ptc.com . but still didn't response anyone. What should I do?

I suggest you to contact e-shop in which you bought Mathcad Prime Student license.

I don't think anyone here can help you. This seems to be an issue with PTC products or their vendors where people do not get a download link or an activation file does not work or no activation file is received or there is no way to contact PTC or there is simply no response from them. No one for PTC seems to care about this and just about every week this issue pops up on the forums. Get in touch with your consumer protection body in your country. Collect all the relevant issue postings here and submit it to them for their action. Consumer protection bodies are also well known for not achieving much so they will be a good fit.
