Solve with programming tools

Can someone tell my why I can't use solver together with programming tools? Or show me a solution?

Hi Rasmus,

Unfortunately given the discontinuity at 120 there is no solution.

As Q increases towards 120, MR takes the value 80; after the step - at 120 it becomes 20.
